Paw Paw and Apple Jam
Ingedients
1kg paw paw
1 kg apples, peeled and sliced
sugar
Method
Place the fruit into a large pan with 1 cup of water.
Bring to the boil and cook until pulpy.
Remove fruit from the pan and blend together.
Put back into the pan and for every 1 cup of fruit add 3/4 cup sugar.
Bring back to the boil and boil steadily until jam gives setting test.
Pack and seal.
