Blackberry Cocktail …… or berry fruit of your choice, cocktail!!
Ingredients
Blackberries
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes
Vodka or your favourite beverage
Mint leaves
Method
Puree the blackberries and the sugar in a blender. Sieve the puree to separate the pulp from the pips. Add the blackberry puree to half that quantity of vodka (add Ice cubes), and you have a delicious cocktail. Top with a freshly picked mint leave.
